Where is my item coming from?
Most of our products are shipped from the United States, but some are shipped from China.
Where do you ship and what are the costs?
We ship worldwide. Please note that product prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location. Shipping is free on orders over $60 (excluding some promotions or offers).
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days after the purchase date. Once processed, it will be shipped out the next business day. We use specialized regional shipping services to ensure fast delivery. Please keep in mind that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or customs delays, which are beyond our control.
Customs & Regulations
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products they are ordering comply with their country's postal and customs regulations. EQWSPORT is not liable for items that are restricted or confiscated by customs. Any customs fees or taxes that may arise are the customer's responsibility.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email within 1 business day. You can use this number to track your order’s status. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to appear. If you haven't received your tracking number or if it's not updating, feel free to reach out to us at eqw_us@outlook.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Why can’t I track my order?
If you're unable to track your order, please be patient. Tracking information may take 3-5 business days to update due to customs processing. If it still hasn’t updated after this period, it could be because the shipping company hasn't updated their records, or the tracking number may be incorrect. In these cases, please contact us at eqw_us@outlook.com, and we'll investigate for you.
What should I do if the courier tried to deliver but I wasn’t home?
If the courier attempted delivery while you were unavailable, they will usually make a second delivery attempt on the next working day. Alternatively, they may leave instructions on how to pick up your package from their local office.
The tracking says "Delivered," but I haven’t received my order. What now?
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service to confirm the delivery details. If you're still having issues, get in touch with us at eqw_us@outlook.com, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue. Please note, once an item is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Delivery Process
Your order will be delivered by either a local postal service or a local courier. If you’re not at home when the delivery is made, the courier will leave a notice card with instructions on how to collect your package.
